Responsibilities:
Deliver professional, personalised and premium sales service to clients
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to strengthen client loyalty
Develop in-depth knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes and craftsmanship to provide expert consultation to clients
Work proactively to meet personal and team sales targets
Support day-to-day store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory control and after-sales care
Safeguard store image and service standards in line with brand guidelines
Proactively source sales opportunities and identify potential high-net-worth clients
Requirements:
· At least 1 year of luxury retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, premium fashion, jewelry, watches, or lifestyle brands
· Good command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
· Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Location: Central or Tsim Sha Tsui
