Our client is a well-established Interior Design & Construction Services company in Hong Kong. They are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

·         Responsible for overall project management to meet the quality, statutory, safety of the project

·         Control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives and subcontractors

·         Lead team members to prepare project documents, meeting minutes, agenda etc.

·         Manage project profit & loss and valuation of variation and claim

·         Manage and review tender documents and quotation

Requirements

·         5 years or above of experience in fitting-out works, preferably in Office / Workplace projects

·         Good command of English and Chinese

·         Strong problem solving skill & Good communication skill

·         Proficient in AutoCAD, Ms Office

·         Candidate with LESS experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager

·         Immediate Available / Short Notice Period is highly preferred
