Our client is a well-established design consultancy firm in Hong Kong which provided complete professional design services for all type of space design. They are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project management operation for exhibition / event / interior fitting-out project

• Liaise with both internal departments and external vendors to ensure the project is completed timely, safely and professionally

• Handle client and project management from inception to delivery

• Budget planning for project activities and handle project coordination

• Communicate and motivate the team, designers, and contractor / vendor

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above preferably in Project, Marketing or Communication

• Minimum 1 year experience of project management, event marketing, include promotion planning and execution (agency experience is an advantage)

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Immediately Available / Short Notice is preferred
