Our client is on the List of Approved Contractors for public works in the category of Buildings and a registered General Building Contractor.  They are seeking for high caliber applicants to fill in the following positions for its Hong Kong Projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building services work in building project operation, planning, supervision and site coordination

• Communicate with consultants, clients and sub-contractors for project status 

• Assist to handle tender/submission/site coordination 

• Attend regular site meeting for reporting project progress 

• Handle enquiries and complaints about E & M works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

• 1 years or above relevant experience on Building Services, preferably familiar with site progress monitoring

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Holder of Safety Green Card is require

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 

• Candidate with LESS experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer 

• Immediate Available / Short Notice is highly preferred!
