Assistant Manager - IT Operation (35 - 45K, Jordan)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability and performance matched with the system and network standard agreed with clients

• Setup and support the cloud server for daily operation and maintenance

• In charge for the projects related to the infrastructure revamp / development by cooperating with both internal parties, external IT service providers and clients

• Participate into the system, server, networking and cloud testing

• Conduct audits to IT security and support procedure

• Direct general IT support for internal office and clients

Responsibilities

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science / equivalent

• 7 - 10 years IT infrastructure support and project experience, prefer in the financial industry

• Familiar with Cloud, Networking and server support (e.g. FortiGate Firewall, Cisco Switch, etc.)

• Proficient in Cloud setting and database management, such as Azure / AWS and related cloud servers

• Good communication in both Mandarin, English and Cantonese

• Working Location: Jordan

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 10am - 6:30pm

• Salary package: 35 - 45K

• Benefits: 16 AL + Bank Holiday + Medical + High Bonus (1 - 2 months)
