Responsibilities
Report to the General Managers in Hong Kong and Asia
Design and prepare training materials and sessions for all level of the retail shops as well as for the Trainer in Hong Kong and other countries
Work with different internal departments, such as HR, VM, Buying Office, Store Management and top management level to create an attractive career path and retention schemes for the existing employees and new joiners
Improve the sales technique and mind-set of the front line staff
Set the KPI and analyst the statistics to review the effectiveness of the sales performance and to improve
Occasionally travel for training and reporting
Requirements
With 5 - 10 years training manager experience for Fashion Retail covering Hong Kong and other Asian countries
Track record in improving the sales performance of the front-line staff
With luxury retail experience is a plus
Good communication and writing skills in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Able to handle the whole training process starting from the scratch
Occasional travel is necessary
