Our client is a well-known Fitting-out contractor / Design & Build firm in Hong Kong. They are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project management includes programming, cost & quality control, site management and contract documentation

• Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress

• Outdoor site checking for workmanship and progress of projects

• Prepare site documents and reports

• Communicate with consultant, contractor, client of the project for company products and site issue

  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Fitting-out (Workplace / Office / Residential / Retail) project

• Holder of safety certificate is highly preferable

• Capable to oversee site operation independently

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Good communication and leadership skill

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Ms Office

• Candidate with MORE experience will be considered as Site Manager

• Immediate Available / Short Notice is highly preferred!!
