Our client is a global renowned FMCG manufacturer. They are seeking for a Senior Planner to join their regional/global supply chain team.
Responsibilities:
Demand and Supply planning:
Manage inventory level targets (Fill Rate, MOH) to meet customer needs and to minimize obsolescence
Place PO and create PO correctly in local system, work closely with logistics team (warehouse and I/E) for customer order management and incoming shipment status
Support regional and global SC initiatives and programs
Review sales forecasts and inventory goals and to set supply priorities
Provide timely update to global/regional teams on the regional /local status
Collaborate with various teams (sales, marketing and supplier) to ensure supply activities are integrated between inventory and service level
Data management and report:
Manage system data, parameters and reports with continuous Improvement
Replenishment parameter review in Supply Chain system
Drive continuous improvements with regular reviews
Timely data verifications between systems to ensure reporting alignment
Prepare different kinds of reports with analysis
Support digitalization programs and initiatives where applicable
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum 3+ years working experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in a sizeable MNC company
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in supporting regional and global supply chain initiatives and programs is a plus
Proficient in MS offices applications and good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
