After Sales Executive

Our client is a renowned and listed Japanese homeware company.  They are now looking for After Sales Executive to join their team

Responsibilities:

·        Build up and maintain good relationship with distributors and dealer to enhance business opportunities

·        Provide after sales service to customers and distributors

·        Assist to promote new product and provide solutions to customer on maintenance case

·        Monitor stock level and handle orders from distributor

·        Understanding the company’s products or services to effectively communicate to clients

Requirements:

·        Tertiary or Higher Diploma education

·        1-2 years of sales experience is preferred

·        Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

·        Good PC Knowledge with excellent MS Office skills

·        Good communication and coordination skills, responsible and team-oriented

·        Immediate availability is highly preferred
