Technical Service Engineer – Healthcare

Our client is a global and renowned medical device manufacturer, they are now seeking a Technical Service Engineer.

Responsibilities:

·        Medical device installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting in hospitals or clinic

·        Handle inquiries and provide technical advice and consultation to customers

·        Prepare technical specification document, service quotation and post service reports to customers

·        Achieve all technical service performance objectives / indicators

·        Control spare parts' usage in proper manner

·        Perform ad-hoc assignment when necessary

Requirements:

·        Bachelor degree/Higher Diploma in Biomedical Engineering / Electronic/ Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

·        Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

·        Work  as a team player, responsible and able to work independently and willing to learn

·        Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
