Responsibilities
In-charge for the complaint handling for all channels, such as email, phone, walk-in customers, corporate, legal & governmental departments.
Investigate and coordinate with the related parties to provide solutions in a win-win situation
Record cases and provide suggestions in preventing and handling instructions
Prepare complaint cases reports
Requirements
At least 3 years in customer care and complaint cases handling
Good understanding for the needs of different parties
With patience and detail-minded
DSE or above
Remarks
Working Location: Chai Wan (With Shuttle Bus Service)
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am - 6pm
Monthly Salary: HK$20,000 - 23,000 + Year-End Bonus (2 mths)
12AL + Bank Holiday + Medical + MPF/ORSO
