Our client is a well-established Interior Design & Construction Services company in Hong Kong. They are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist purchasing materials with the project teams 

  • Perform Receptionist and Admin assistance duties 

  • Handle full set of shipping documents for Overseas

  • Provide Shipping arrangement of fixtures from factory to customers 

  • Update project summary list, shipment schedule to the teams etc.

 

Requirements

  • Form 5, DSE, School Certificate or above, 

  • 2 years or above relevant experience in shipping fields is preferred 

  • Proficient in PC & MS office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 

  • Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred!!
