Our client is a well-established Interior Design & Construction Services company in Hong Kong. They are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project management includes programming, cost & quality control, site management and contract documentation

• Calculating material quantity for issuing PO

• Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers

• Monitor site progress & site measurement & mark setting out on site

• Monitor installation workmanship and work out interfacing

• Defect rectification

Requirements

• Certificate in Building Studies, Interior Design or Architecture

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Fitting-out (Retail) project

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Knowledge in AutoCAD & Ms Office

• Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred!!
