Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to existing customers required vehicle maintenance and repair service
Coordinate with the Service Advisor to transfer the customers to follow up
Prepare documentations (e.g. Quotation, Contract, Invoice)
Contact the existing customers to see their satisfactory level on the service
Requirements
2 to 5 years customer service / retail sales experience
Presentable with courtesy
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge in MS Office
Short notice is preferred
Remarks
Working Location: Whampoa (Near MTR)
5/6 days rotation shift work from Mon to Sat (9.5 hours shift from 8:30am to 8pm)
12 AL + Bank Holiday + Medical + Year End Bonus (2 month)
