Our client is a leading well-established global company. They are looking for Clinical Specialist to support their sales team.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage device implant, follow ups and trouble shootings in hospital clinical and technical supports during surgery.

·         Work with sales team to promote product through demonstration and trial surgery

·         Service existing and new customers by providing technical support during implants and follow ups

·         Support sales team’s account strategies through regular contact with key customers

·         Assist sales team in gathering market intelligence on customers and competitor activity, and communicate with sales team to ensure timely reactions to market evolvement

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Science or related discipline (Biomedical Science / Biology is preferable)

·         With several years of relevant work experience in Medical Device industry is preferred 

·         Willing to work out of normal office hour for surgery support

·         Good communication & interpersonal skills
