Accountant (Part-Time) – Global Healthcare Company

Our client is a global healthcare and medical manufacturer and they are now looking for a Part-Time Accountant. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Billing and AR Collection

  • Handle invoices send out, receipts and monthly statements of accounts

  • Filing of Invoice and Delivery Note for audit purpose

  • Receive and process cheque payments with Shared Services for payment posting

  • Support cheque collection and handle other ad-hoc duties

Requirement:

  • Higher diploma or above in Accounting

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting 

  • Responsible, well organized, independent , self-motivated and good communication skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel

  • Experience in ERP is preferred
